Right from the start, Kaveri has been
committed to providing IT solutions and services in Indian languages.
Towards this end, it launched e-tapaal,
its e-messaging service in Indian languages and English.
e-cards in Indian languages and
English was another initiative that was linked to
e-tapaal. First, it launched e-cards in Kannada for the festival
of Ugadi in March 2002. Later in the same year, it launched
e-cards for Ganesh Chathurthi, Deepavali, Christmas and Seasons
greetings. Later, it introduced e-cards in Malayalam.
The first ever e-book
in Kannada was pioneered by Kaveri. This was the Bhagvatgita
in PDF format which it developed for the religious organisation,
ISKCON. It can be downloaded from the ISKCON Bangalore website
